12.44 - 15 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Your Role

You'll provide care, reassurance, and guidance throughout the night, ensuring each child's routines and emotional needs are met. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting nighttime routines and responding to children's needs Encouraging independence and confidence through calm, consistent care Following personalised care plans in collaboration with the child and their support network Creating a peaceful, nurturing overnight environment Assisting with early morning routines to prepare children for the day ahead Maintaining accurate records and using IT systems for documentation
What You'll Bring

Experience working with children or in residential/childcare settings is highly desirable Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence following and contributing to individualised care plans Comfort using IT systems for clear documentation A valid driving licence is preferred Compassion, patience, and emotional resilience--especially overnight
