As a Nursing Support Worker, you will play a vital role within our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care to patients. You will be supported and supervised by our Registered Nursing team, ensuring you have the guidance needed to excel in your role.

Provide personal and clinical care to patients with minimal supervision, as delegated by a registered healthcare professional, in line with the HEIW All Wales Guidelines for Delegation.
Regularly update registered healthcare professionals on patients' conditions and progress.
Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to infection prevention and control policies.
Support the teaching and supervision of students and junior staff.
Uphold Health Board/Trust Values and the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Wales.
