We are seeking a compassionate and experienced
Ward Manager
to join our team!What You'll be Doing
Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Monitor and improve ward performance and patient outcomes. Implement and uphold hospital policies and procedures. Foster a supportive and collaborative environment for staff and patients.
What You'll Need
Registered Nurse NMC Pin Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in mental health care is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00 per year
