Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ward Manager located in Leeds, Garforth. The Ward Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the ward team to ensure high standards of patient care. Day-to-day tasks will include planning and coordinating healthcare services, overseeing patient admissions and discharges, managing staff schedules, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Ward Manager will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.

Pay: 48,000.00-52,000.00 per year
