Manage inventory management systems with accurate data entry and stock adjustments
Process receiving/shipping documentation, packing slips, and delivery proofs
Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule and track freight movements
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Prepare pick lists and coordinate check-ins for customers and internal teams
Respond to inventory inquiries and shipment tracking requests (target: 1-hour response time)
Support administrative tasks including filing, invoicing, and data analysis
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations
Generate operational reports and monitor warehouse performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience with inventory management systems
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills for customer and internal inquiries
Problem-solving mindset with focus on process improvement
Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics preferred
Understanding of GDPR compliance requirements
Key Objectives:
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Respond to customer contacts within 1 hour
Implement at least one new process improvement annually
Support monthly invoicing and financial reconciliation
