Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

ey Responsibilities:



Warehouse Administration & Coordination



Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction data within Blue Yonder WMS. Support warehouse teams with order processing, shipment creation, and receipt management. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and transportation & loading priorities Assist in scheduling and coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities. Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Data Management & Reporting



Develop, manage, and automate Power BI dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, order cycle time, and productivity). Extract and analyse data from Blue Yonder and other ERP/WMS systems to support performance insights. Provide regular operational reports and variance analyses to warehouse leadership. Ensure data integrity through regular audits and system reconciliations.

System Management & Process Improvement



Support system updates, configuration, and user access within Blue Yonder. Identify process gaps and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives. Train and support warehouse staff in using BY and reporting tools effectively. Assist in testing and deploying new functionalities or system upgrades.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation rates. On-time order processing and dispatch rates. Data and reporting accuracy (Power BI dashboards). System compliance and user adherence to processes. Timeliness and quality of operational reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:



Essential:



Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain. Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management System. Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and performance analytics. Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Desirable:



Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics). Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of SQL or data query tools.
