We are currently inviting applications for a
Warehouse Administrator
. The role will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse function by handling administrative tasks and ensuring accurate documentation.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain accurate warehouse records including stock levels, shipments and deliveries
Process inbound and outbound goods documentation
Assist in stock control activities
Process and track customer and supplier orders to ensure timely despatch, and resolve discrepancies as required.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse administrative processes
Support operational efficiency initiatives

Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management systems
Previous experience of working in a logistics, supply chain or warehouse operation
