Warehouse Administrator
to join our fast-paced and friendly team.
About the Role
As Warehouse Administrator, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations--supporting dispatch, managing stock control, and ensuring our paperwork and systems are accurate and up to date. This is an ideal role for someone highly organised, proactive, and keen to work in a dynamic food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch paperwork and bookings
Maintain accurate records of goods in and out
Support warehouse team leaders with administrative tasks
Update internal systems and databases
Liaise with hauliers, suppliers, and internal departments
Assist in stock takes and inventory reports
Ensure compliance with food safety and traceability standards
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills
Previous admin experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting
Good IT skills, especially with Excel and stock systems
A positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of food production traceability (desirable but not essential)
