Attractive starting salary circa 25,400 per annum. Who are we looking for?





As Warehouse Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of best in class retail experiences through efficient and accurate warehouse operations. You'll work closely within our warehouse team to ensure smooth processes, helping us to provide seamless service to our customers whilst achieving commercial success whilst having a positive impact on the environment.




What you'll do:




Create and print shipment labels for outgoing orders Handle stock queries and maintain accurate records Monitor internal communications to ensure smooth workflow Track and order warehouse consumables as needed Support warehouse controllers with returns and cycle counts Assist with general administrative tasks to keep operations efficient



What you'll need:




Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable but not essential



Interviews will be scheduled for the week commencing 19th January 2026. Please note, this is an on-site role working 5 days per week.
