Contract: Permanent, Part-time (25 or 27.5 hours per week)



Salary: 24,000 - 28,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities





We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientated Warehouse & Inventory Operative to support our event logistics and client servicing operations. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, this role is central to ensuring the timely and accurate storage, picking, packing and shipping of marketing materials, merchandise and event collateral.

This is a part-time, on-site position based at our warehouse in Brentford (West London). The following standard working patterns are available:

09:00 - 14:30 (27.5 hours per week)

or

09:30 - 14:30 (25 hours per week)



There may be some flexibility in the shift pattern for the right candidate, depending on business needs and availability.

You'll be supporting the delivery of our EventAssistant service, where we store event materials for our clients. When clients place orders through our online system, you'll be responsible for picking, packing and preparing those items for delivery in a timely and professional manner.

The key responsibilities include:

Picking and packing items to fulfil client orders Coordinating the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods Ensuring timely shipment of materials, allowing for customs and transport timelines Keeping stock systems and databases up to date Liaising with couriers, suppliers and internal teams Producing inventory and activity reports as directed by the Warehouse Manager Maintaining health and safety, hygiene and security standards in the warehouse Providing support across different projects and responding to internal queries via email or phone

The Person:





We're seeking a hands-on, organised and self-motivated individual with a background in warehouse operations. You'll be able to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.

You will have:

Proven warehouse experience, ideally including stock control and international shipping Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent time management and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines The ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities Strong organisational and planning capabilities Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism Good written and spoken English Numeracy and analytical thinking Competence in Excel and basic database/spreadsheet use Confidence in using digital tools and inventory systems A collaborative attitude
