The Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced

Warehouse & Lean Tutor

to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in learners' lives and contribute to improving workforce skills in the Liverpool City Region.

You will be responsible for delivering

Level 2 Warehouse & Storage

and

Lean Manufacturing

qualifications to adult learners as part of a structured 4-week programme. You will help prepare learners for employment in warehouse and manufacturing roles and support their progression into work.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging training sessions in Warehouse & Storage and Lean Manufacturing (Level 2). Support learners to achieve their qualifications within the allocated timeframe. Provide individualised support to meet the needs of all learners. Monitor and track learner progress, ensuring timely completion of units and qualifications. Contribute to quality assurance processes including standardisation, learner feedback, and curriculum development. Promote safeguarding, equality, and health & safety at all times.

Requirements

A recognised

Teaching Qualification

(e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, AET, PGCE).

Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA or equivalent)

. Experience delivering

Lean Manufacturing and Warehouse & Storage (Level 2)

qualifications. Up-to-date occupational knowledge in warehousing and lean environments. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills. A genuine passion for supporting and progressing learners into employment.

Desirable

Experience working with adult learners or unemployed individuals. Understanding of government-funded training programmes. Experience working in or alongside warehouse/logistics employers.

Pay: 32,000.00 per year
