Our Warehouse and Logistics Manager




You'll build and lead hospitality logistics at The Newt--owning receipt,storage,distribution and care of goods and assets for our restaurants,suites,venues and events. With a deep feel for the guest journey,you'll align logistics to service timings,jump in hands-on when needed,and help set up a new warehouse facility that keeps quality high and operations seamless.

Key Responsibilities



Lead daily warehouse operations with rigorous safety,hygiene and compliance. Design and establish a new warehouse for 250-300 pallets,including layout,storage systems and workflows. Implement best-in-class stock and asset management to preserve quality. Plan and execute timely deliveries to all hospitality outlets; optimise routes and schedules. Provide rapid,discreet solutions to last-minute operational requests and event setups. Create and document SOPs for receiving,handling,and distribution; procure equipment & tech. Track assets (tableware,furniture,catering equipment,tech) with care schedules and seasonal rotations. Foster a culture of pride,precision and accountability; set goals and schedule coverage across operations.

What we're looking for



Proven success in warehouse,logistics or asset management Strong stock control and asset lifecycle planning; confident with inventory systems. Organised problem-solver with high attention to detail and service standards. Hands-on,calm under pressure,and adaptable in a fast-paced,guest-focused environment. Collaborative leader who sets goals,monitors performance and celebrates wins. Experience scheduling teams and coordinating multi-venue or event operations. Project/warehouse setup experience (desirable); Forklift licence (desirable). Passion for hospitality and understanding of how logistics elevates the guest journey.

It ensures that restaurants,suites,venues,and events are supplied with precision and care,supporting exceptional guest experiences by maintaining efficiency,compliance,and high standards of presentation. This includes working in close alignment with hospitality teams to ensure that operational logistics directly contribute to service excellence and the delivery of the guest journey.
