Job Summary:

Coldene Engineering Solutions is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Assembly Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including picking and packing, as well as assembly work within our manufacturing division. Additionally, you will handle driving tasks to and from our local partners for collecting and dropping off components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, maintains high standards of safety and quality, and holds a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Manage and maintain accurate inventory records Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders

Assembly Work:

Assist in the assembly of products within the manufacturing division Follow technical instructions and quality standards during assembly processes Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Driving & Logistics:

Transport components to and from our local partners Safely collect and drop off parts as required to support production needs

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all safety and health regulations within the warehouse and manufacturing environments Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly

Additional Duties:

Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse operations and/or assembly work preferred

Experience in stock management

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Must hold a valid clean driving license

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items as required

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
