For over 25 years React Industrial Solutions have been supplying the industrial market sector with quality maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products including bearings, mechanical power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, tools, health and safety equipment, lubricants, engineering, fabrication and mechanical support services.

We have multiple branches across the UK with our head office based in Bicester. We are looking for someone with positive attitude and is prepared to rise to challenges to join our very busy and motivated team. The Warehouse Controller will report to our Warehouse Manager and act as a deputy in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.

The Warehouse Controller role will require the individual to:

Check and process inbound deliveries

Pick, pack and despatch customer orders

Sign off orders for out to deliveries

Co-ordinate deliveries made by our internal logistics team

Using forklifts for loading and off-loading

Ensure stock accuracy such as cycle stock checks

Occasional deliveries to customer sites

Deal with 3rd party logistics providers

Point of Sales (walk in sales)

Stock returns

Support the Warehouse Manager in running the Warehouse

Working closing with all internal colleagues

This role would suit a candidate that has worked in a Stores, Warehouse role previously, with particular experience of inventory control.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Stores Person role will have the following skills and experiences:

Great communicator

Easy to approach

Able to use initials and reach out to colleagues where necessary

Able to work with minimum supervision

Computer literate

Preferable experience in working on Sage software but not essential

Strong organisational skills

Previous experience of working in a stores or warehousing environment

Clean UK driver's license

Forklift License or experience in driving a forklift (not essential)

Strong administration skills and attention to detail

Further information

Working hours - 40 hours p/w

Salary - 25,000 - 30,000 depending on experience

Location - Bicester, Oxfordshire

In addition we offer the possibility of overtime and discretionary bonus
