We are seeking a reliable and physically capable

Warehouse Assistant/Driver

to join our growing team. This role involves managing stock, picking and packing, operating warehouse equipment, and providing delivery driver cover during holidays and absences and, delivering goods efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess relevant warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and a valid driving licence. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and safety awareness are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and preparing orders in the warehouse Loading and unloading vehicles, including heavy lifting Delivering goods safely and efficiently across London and surrounding suburbs Covering delivery routes during driver holidays or absences Providing excellent customer service at all delivery points Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse operations and ability to use PDA scanners Full UK driving licence (essential) with a maximum of 3 points You must be 25 years or more with 2 years commercial driving experience. Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas Flexibility to work varied hours as needed, including early mornings or late evenings. Fluent communication in English and Portuguese will be an advantage. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
