Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across our busy logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

Process orders related to carriers, labor, materials, and equipment. Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records. Coordinate waste disposal and broken pallet collections. Assist with yard and equipment management. Manage daily labor efficiency reports, timesheets, and leave requests. Support the creation and maintenance of Health & Safety documents, including risk assessments. Assist with onboarding temporary staff and equipment maintenance tracking. Register and track fixed assets. Monitor shipment data, complete required documentation, and assist with basic data analysis. Support project-related tasks as assigned. Respond to transportation driver inquiries. Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Person Specification

Essential:

Mandarin language skills (preferred for communication with HQ in China) Verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Desirable:

Previous administrative experience. Maintenance experience or familiarity with warehouse equipment.
