to take responsibility for all warehouse inventory control and stock management processes. This role will sit under the Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the warehouse, maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating with venues, and supporting the logistics and warehouse teams to deliver operational excellence.
Key Tasks
Inventory Management
Oversee and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment to meet operational demand.
Track shipments, conduct regular inventory audits, and update inventory management systems.
Stock Rotation
Ensure correct date rotation of stock within the warehouse.
Manage the receipt of returned stock and flag short-code items for priority use.
Stock Discrepancy Resolution
Act as the link between the warehouse and venues regarding stock and kit discrepancies.
Investigate and action incorrect or incomplete shipments before receiving.
Implement solutions to minimise the risk of inventory inaccuracies or losses.
Stocktakes
Lead all warehouse and stores stocktake procedures, including weekly cycle counts, monthly checks, and annual audits.
System Reconciliation
Ensure all physical stock is accurately reflected in the system.
Verify that shipment requests align with product data and pricing.
Update buying prices to maintain consistency across the business.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with site teams to manage shipment processes.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain minimum stock levels.
Liaise with the Logistics Manager to prevent and resolve delivery timing issues.
General Warehouse Duties
Support day-to-day operations including picking, packing, loading, and general maintenance as required.
Onsite Work
Travel to company sites across the country as needed to align and implement company procedures and best practices.
We're not a conventional logistics operation, we are a function that provides HIABs, MOFFETTs, vans, trailers, third party logistics, multi-drop off, and everything in-between!
Where will you be working?
Your primary base will be at our headquarters in Bromyard, Herefordshire, which includes both office and warehouse facilities. You will, however, be required to travel frequently to event locations across the UK, with a particular focus on London venues. Flexibility for travel and overnight stays during peak periods is essential.

Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in warehouse or stock control roles.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Competent in using inventory management systems and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on approach with flexibility to support wider warehouse operations.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
