Aztec Oils Northern is a specialist lubricating oil distributor operating throughout Scotland. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Controller to join our close-knit team based in Buckie.

This is a full-time role for a reliable, enthusiastic and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organisational and time-management skills to help deliver a first-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Taking ownership of the warehouse function Communicating with all relevant departments including sales, logistics and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations Accurate order picking Loading and unloading vehicles, LGVs and HGVs, ensuring goods are safely secured for transport Receiving Goods In, including bulk pump-off deliveries from tankers Organising warehouse stock effectively for efficient operations Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and yard area Occasional driving duties as required Day-to-day management of an apprentice warehouse operative (to be appointed) Providing direction to other staff and monitoring task completion Monitoring and maintaining stock levels

Requirements

Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years Previous driving, forklift and warehousing experience (additional training provided as needed Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required
