Role Overview
This part time role (up to 24 hours per week) is ideal for someone with a passion for organisation and logistics. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse management, including receiving deliveries, picking and allocating stock to projects, booking stock back in, and supporting general stock management duties. You will play a key part in maintaining a tidy, efficient warehouse operation and ensuring our projects run smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse activities and ensure accurate stock control.
Receive, check, and book in deliveries.
Pick and allocate stock to projects/fitting teams as required.
Book unused or returned stock back in to the warehouse system.
Organise and maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient warehouse environment.
Assist with general stock management, including regular stock takes.
Operate forklift (training and licence support provided if required).
Occasional offsite work, deliveries or collections as needed.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment preferred.
Knowledge of electrical items (such as MCBs, glands, lugs, cable, containment etc.) is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and IT skills.
Full UK driving licence essential (for plant movement and occasional offsite work).
Forklift experience preferred, but full training and licence support available if required.
