Job Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities. This position involves overseeing the efficient flow of materials, managing the warehouse.
Duties
Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring the warehouse stays tidy, organised and compliant with safety standards. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records of both stock and equipment and movements between the warehouse and sites. Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure compliance with safety standards. Sending monthly reports on Stock levels. Occasionally delivering to sites.
Skills
Proven experience in a warehouse environment, demonstrating familiarity with materials handling processes. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Knowledge of construction materials Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock management. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Must hold a full driving license
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 14.00-20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
Work Location: In person
