Perth and Kinross Foodbank is seeking a proactive and committed
Warehouse Coordinator
to lead our day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring food reaches those who need it most.
You'll be responsible for the safety, organisation, and efficiency of our warehouse and satellite sites--managing stock movement, storage, and distribution, and helping maintain vital data and compliance with Foodbank procedures. You'll drive the Foodbank van when needed and play a key role in inventory control, stock sourcing, and logistics.
This hands-on role includes working closely with volunteers to ensure a safe and supportive environment, delivering training, and supporting recruitment alongside the Volunteer Coordinator. You'll also liaise with suppliers and represent the Foodbank externally, helping to build strong local partnerships and ensuring we maintain a steady flow of donations and resources.
We're looking for someone with great communication and coordination skills, a positive, solutions-focused mindset, and a commitment to our core values of kindness, compassion, inclusivity, and dignity.
What you'll bring:
Strong organisational and logistical skills

Confidence driving and maintaining a small van
Familiarity with warehouse procedures and health & safety
