Warehouse Coordinator

to join our team.

The Role



As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for overseeing stock movement, supporting the warehouse team, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, ensuring that operational targets are met and health & safety standards are always maintained.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch. Supervise and support warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and report discrepancies. Liaise with other departments (purchasing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of new initiatives.

About You:



Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory or lead role. Strong organisational and communication skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. IT literate, with experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office. A positive, proactive approach with the ability to motivate and support a team.
