Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with shifts falling between 8am - 5pm

Key Accountabilities
Goods In/Out Management:
Accurately process incoming and outgoing global shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct.
Quality Control:
Inspect deliveries for damage, report discrepancies, and manage insurance claims where necessary.
Order Accuracy:
Verify that received and dispatched orders match requirements, maintaining our high service standards.
Repairs & Maintenance Support:
Assist in tracking and documenting product repairs, ensuring all items are logged and monitored.
Stock Control:
Help manage spare parts inventory, including reordering, reconciliation, and maintaining records for on-site and off-site storage.
Shipping Coordination:
Arrange customer deliveries using various logistics providers and prepare necessary shipping documentation.
Product Preparation:
Assist with rework, relabelling, and repackaging as needed.
Health & Safety:
Ensuring health and safety is the priority for all activity undertaken and that all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used at all times
Safe Working Practices:
Working with colleagues to ensure tasks and activities are carried out in a safe manner.
General Administration:
Perform general administrative tasks and duties associated with the warehouse operation.
What We're Looking For
Strong administration experience accurately recording data (dates, stock etc.)
Strong working knowledge of UK and European import, export, freight forwarding processes etc.
Warehouse and logistics paperwork (packing lists, dangerous goods notes, transport bookings etc.)
Strong IT skills including ability to effectively use spreadsheets, produce reports and comfortably deal with volumes of data.
Ability to effectively communicate via email and telephone to customers and suppliers regarding delivery bookings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full valid driving licence would be advantageous, but not essential.
