Warehouse & Equipment Coordinator
We are looking for a practical, organised individual to take ownership of our stock and equipment area.
This role is based in our warehouse (stock area), where we store a large range of cleaning chemicals and specialist equipment. You will be responsible for keeping this area safe, organised and fully operational, ensuring our teams always have the correct kits ready for work.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing equipment and chemical kits for staff before jobs
Receiving kits back after jobs and ensuring they are cleaned, checked and stored correctly
Maintaining stock levels and reporting low or missing items
Keeping the stock area tidy, compliant and well organised
Carrying out basic equipment maintenance and small repairs (e.g. changing fuses, repairing hoses, replacing parts)
Identifying faults or damage and escalating larger repairs where needed
Ensuring equipment is safe, fit for use and ready when required
Essential Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
Good practical/mechanical ability Confident carrying out basic repairs and maintenance Comfortable working with tools and equipment Organised, methodical and reliable Able to work independently and take responsibility for your area Awareness of health & safety when handling chemicals and equipmentDesirable (but not essential):
Experience working with cleaning equipment, machinery or similar Knowledge of COSHH or safe chemical handling Previous warehouse, stores or maintenance experience
Willingness to join the call-out team rota (optional)
Hours:
Approximately 20-30 hours per week

This is a key position within the company and plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
