We are currently recruiting for a

Warehouse Furniture Technician

to join our dynamic and safety-focused team in Harlow, supporting our premium home delivery operation for a leading logistics company.


As a Warehouse Furniture Technician, you will work alongside other warehouse operatives while also supporting the onboarding and training of new colleagues. This hands-on role combines regular warehouse responsibilities with a focus on continuous improvement, helping ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across the operation.

Shifts:

Any 5 out of 7 - 40 hours per week



Key Duties:



Support and promote the positive safety and continuous improvement culture already embedded on site Integrate training responsibilities with regular warehouse activities Analyse training needs and proactively suggest improvements in processes and methods Ensure all working procedures are compliant, clearly defined, and regularly reviewed for effectiveness Prepare and maintain resources required for training delivery Identify and report any issues with training content or delivery methods Adapt and refine training approaches to meet team and business needs Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding training activities Deliver hands-on training to warehouse colleagues Support flexible working hours as required by operational needs

Excellent team-building and motivational skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and explain processes effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to build strong working relationships quickly with internal and external colleagues A strong work ethic and willingness to drive for excellence
