Key Duties:
Support and promote the positive safety and continuous improvement culture already embedded on site
Integrate training responsibilities with regular warehouse activities
Analyse training needs and proactively suggest improvements in processes and methods
Ensure all working procedures are compliant, clearly defined, and regularly reviewed for effectiveness
Prepare and maintain resources required for training delivery
Identify and report any issues with training content or delivery methods
Adapt and refine training approaches to meet team and business needs
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding training activities
Deliver hands-on training to warehouse colleagues
Support flexible working hours as required by operational needs
Desired Skills & Experience:
Excellent team-building and motivational skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and explain processes effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
