We are delighted to announce that we have acquired Yodel, one of the UK's largest delivery companies. The acquisition builds on the partnership established between InPost and Yodel in 2024, when Yodel began providing last-mile delivery through InPost's "locker-to-door" service.




Today we become truly unique as the only delivery partner with a one-stop shop offer - we have the largest out of home delivery network that is now combined with to-door capabilities. Going forward, the acquisition of Yodel brings immediate scale to InPost's operations, expands our service offering, and provides greater convenience to retailers and customers.



About the role:




As an integral part of the InPost/Yodel team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to understand and meet the needs of customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery. You will manage customer enquiries, support procurement activities, and maintain accurate data to facilitate seamless operations.


In addition, you will produce timely weekly and monthly reports, assist with general administration, and handle ad hoc tasks as needed. By investigating and resolving customer queries promptly, you will help uphold InPost's commitment to excellent customer service and operational success.

Location:

Yodel, Units 1-5 Watkins Close, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1TL

Shift Pattern:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

Hours:

08:00am - 16:30pm

Salary:

25,396.80 per annum

What you'll be doing:



Working closely with the operational team to help manage driver resource Pre-briefing drivers to ensure daily KPI's are met Dealing with customer enquiries Online Provide timely, quality, and accurate information General administration duties Support with any other "ad hoc" tasks

What we need from you:



Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills 'Customer Service' oriented Good written and verbal communication skills Able to work under pressure. Team player Problem Solving Excellent time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Accuracy
