This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing scale-up at a dynamic stage of expansion. As our business expands into new markets and becomes increasingly complex, we are seeking a proactive Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support logistics, oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
You will manage the daily logistics of the warehouse, including stock control, coordinating movements in and out of the warehouse, optimising storage, and providing quality control checks for all our products, whilst enforcing health and safety protocols in the warehouse. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work closely with our international logistics coordinator.

Key responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
Coordinate logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments (receiving shipments, packing pallets and smaller parcels).
Identify and resolve stock or logistics issues promptly.
Adhere to and improve quality management protocols and carry out quality checks on all incoming products.
Control and reconcile stock levels, whilst managing stock locations and maintaining effective warehouse layout and space utilisation.
Manage Stock picking and check in/ out of the warehouse (must be able to adhere to stock picking protocol).
Follow safe working practices/ risk assessments implemented within the warehouse.
Assure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Identify opportunities to improve safety, accuracy, and efficiency within warehouse processes.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
What we are looking for
A hands-on team player who's happy to jump in where needed, as we are a small team.
Knowledgeable about quality control, enforcing/ compliance with risk assessments and health & safety standards.
Prior knowledge of stock management and warehousing management systems.
Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.
Experienced in warehouse operations, logistics, or stock management.
Knowledge and Skills
Prior warehouse/ logistics experience.
Understanding of stock management systems, ERP systems, and basic IT literacy (Excel, Word, email). (CRM knowledge is preferred but not mandatory).
Valid forklift license and experience with pallet racking, stock control, and goods movement.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, manual handling, and safe lifting operations.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Key holder - responsible for opening and closing the premises when required.
