Job Description

Cirro, also known as Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) established in December 2015 in West Midlands, UK. We are a large-scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross- border e-sellers and local online retailers in the UK to expand reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service for our cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and other platforms. Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways as well as Goodcang, YunExpress and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have extended to all over the world with 10 warehouses in the UK and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton and Stone.

Role

Assist warehouse managers with daily activities within different departments, including Inbound/Outbound and Inventory management.

Communicate and coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Support the implementation of warehouse processes and procedures.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by warehouse managers.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with the HQ in China.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

A background in logistics is advantageous.

Flexibility to work overtime as required, with an additional overtime subsidy provided.

Hours

: Monday to Friday and 1 day in the weekend. 9.00am - 5.30pm (flexibility required)

Salary

: 26,220 - 30,000 Per Year

Monthly bonus also available dependent on overall performance, timekeeping, etc.
