Cirro, legally registered as Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS), was established in December 2015 in the West Midlands, UK. As part of the Zong Teng Group, we are a large-scale multinational logistics provider. Our primary mission is to support Chinese cross-border e-sellers and UK-based online retailers by delivering reliable warehousing solutions and fast delivery services for global e-commerce platforms.

Initially, our services focused on dependable fulfilment warehousing and rapid last-mile distribution for sellers operating on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and others. Over time, we have built strong partnerships with leading logistics companies such as Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways, Goodcang, YunExpress, among others.

Today, we operate a growing network of 10 warehouses across the UK, including sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Nottingham, Mansfield, Wolverhampton, and Stone.

Key Responsibilities

Support warehouse managers in overseeing daily operations across Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory functions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures and compliance protocols. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the warehouse management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (essential). Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for effective communication with our China-based headquarters. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Prior experience in logistics is preferred. Willingness to work overtime when required (overtime is compensated).

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, plus one weekend day 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexibility required)

Compensation

Annual salary: 28,000 - 32,000 Monthly performance-based bonuses available, considering attendance and overall contribution
