specialising in

fashion fulfilment

-- supporting small to medium-sized clothing brands with storage, pick & pack, e-commerce fulfilment, returns handling, and special projects such as drops, importing, and custom packaging.

We're scaling quickly and looking for an experienced

Warehouse Manager

who can take ownership of daily operations, implement structure, and drive efficiency as the business grows.

The Role

As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations -- from inbound receiving and stock management to order fulfilment and dispatch. You'll manage and motivate a small but expanding team, ensure accurate use of

Mintsoft WMS

, and maintain high service levels for our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations -- goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Ensure

Mintsoft WMS

is used accurately and efficiently for all order and inventory management. Manage and develop warehouse staff -- set priorities, train new starters, and maintain performance standards. Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, dispatch speed, and stock accuracy. Work closely with the operations and client teams to ensure smooth fulfilment for multiple brands. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety across the warehouse. Plan and manage seasonal peaks and brand drops efficiently. Continuously improve processes and layout to support growth and efficiency. Liaise with couriers, suppliers, and clients when operational issues arise.

Requirements

Proven experience in a

Warehouse Manager or Supervisor role

, ideally within a

3PL or e-commerce fulfilment

environment.

Hands-on experience using Mintsoft software or similar

(essential). Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, process-driven mindset -- comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment. Understanding of fashion products, packaging, and returns is a plus.
