Summary
We're on the lookout for a hands-on, people-focused Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team and keep things running like clockwork. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and knows how to keep a team motivated, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
Leading and supporting the warehouse team- training, motivating, and making sure everything is running smoothly.
Keeping things safe and compliant - health & safety is a big deal here.
Working closely with Sales, Technical, and Production teams to make sure orders are ready to leave on time.
Managing pallet space - Keeping track of pallet space and shifting things around to make the most of space available.
Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics - from receiving to dispatch.
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and audit-ready.
Handling paperwork, shift rotas, and reporting any issues to HR or management.
Taking on projects to improve processes, training, and productivity.
Liaising with stakeholders - including transport companies, and customers to keep everything flowing smoothly.
What we're looking for:
A natural leader with great communication and people skills.
Someone who's organised, proactive, and cool under pressure.
Solid problem-solving abilities and a knack for time management.
Comfortable with IT systems and ERP.
Experience in warehouse operations and managing teams is a must.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in logistics.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP systems.
Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development.
Familiarity with transportation management systems is an advantage.
Ability to analyse data for process improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management.
Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory.

46,575.00 per annum
Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
(Dedicate time periodically to support and interact with the night shift team)
Start Date:
Ideally early 2026 to allow for training and handover
