We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Working closely with the Senior Warehouse Manager, and fellow Warehouse Managers, you'll help ensure fulfilment operations run efficiently across all assigned shifts. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for operational efficiency with your capacity for leadership, coaching, and staff development. You will be someone who leads from the floor--working physically alongside the team, setting the pace and demonstrating best practice. A positive, encouraging, and professional communicator, you'll support individuals through mentoring and coaching while also staying on top of admin needs and flexibly covering wherever needed. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

Please note that this is a full time role (37.5 hours per week), to include weekends.

What you will do

Take ownership of fulfilment operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless collaboration with other Warehouse Managers and the Senior Warehouse Manager to maintain efficient and accurate order fulfilment. Recruit, coach, and develop warehouse staff at all levels. Plan peak events, staffing needs, and local implementation of global procedures in collaboration with the Global Performance Team. Monitor staff targets, method statement violations, attendance, punctuality, and ensure fair and consistent performance management. Maintain Health and Safety standards and ensure compliance with all company warehouse procedures and policies, including keyholder responsibilities.

What you should bring

At least 2 years of proven experience in a management role within warehousing or retail, with strong team leadership and development skills. Experience using WMS and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel. Comfort using digital tools and systems, such as AI platforms and ERP software (e.g., NetSuite). Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external partners (e.g. carriers, suppliers). A working understanding of HSE requirements, with a proactive attitude to maintaining safe, compliant workplaces.

What we can offer you

A competitive salary that values your skills and expertise, because we know you deserve it. Secure your financial future with a comprehensive pension scheme, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing you are taken care of. Keep your mind and body in top shape with a health cash plan and gym discounts, with 15 a month towards the gym of your choice. Treat yourself and your loved ones with our generous staff discounts and be rewarded for your hard work with our fantastic annual bonus scheme. Work with a company that cares about your well-being and success and join our supportive and dynamic team.
