The Procurement & Warehouse Manager
will lead the operational and strategic transformation of our procurement, warehouse, and logistics functions. This includes supplier management, inventory control, logistics oversight, process digitisation, risk mitigation, and team development--enabling the company to build a resilient, scalable supply chain aligned with its growth strategy.

Key Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
Proven ability to lead supply chain improvements and implement digital solutions.
Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, with examples of delivering substantial projects, ideally within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) environment.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and logistics coordination skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering environments.
Proficient in Excel and supply chain systems; experience with ERP or inventory management platforms.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable:
CIPS or other procurement/supply chain certification.
Experience in the electrical or switchgear industry.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Understanding of sustainable practices in procurement and logistics.
