Are you an experienced logistics leader ready to take charge of warehouse operations? As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee daily performance, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality distribution services. Working closely with other departments, you'll manage resources, support team development, and help shape a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure seamless operations within your department and optimise related operating costs
Plan and manage resources, including staffing, equipment, and space allocation
Coordinate daily activities and support process improvements across warehouse functions
Drive quality and efficiency in warehousing and distribution services
Lead reporting and performance tracking, ensuring clear communication and compliance
Implement new processes and maintain effective cooperation with other DC departments

Requirements
3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment
Strong analytical thinking and understanding of business planning and performance metrics
Proven ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee operational issues
Good communication skills and a hands-on, proactive approach to warehouse management
Excellent leadership skills with personal integrity and strong team motivation
