Vigor Logistics Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated

Warehouse Manager

to oversee our busy operations from our northern depot. This role is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who can balance operational efficiency with excellent team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 5-10 delivery drivers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee loading and unloading of vans, supporting the team when required. Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring accuracy and availability. Plan and coordinate daily driver runs to maximise efficiency and service levels. Ensure health and safety standards are met across all warehouse activities. Provide leadership, training, and support to warehouse staff and drivers.

About You:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Hands-on approach, willing to assist with daily operations when required. Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work under pressure. Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
