Reports to: Managing Director
D & M Logistic Solutions part of the Raptor Logistics Group is a fast growing 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) and international freight Forwarder. We specialise in shipping goods to Amazon FBA warehouses worldwide, D2C shipping, kitting, unloading containers and managing customer returns. We have a large client database who operate mainly on Amazon, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
Following a period of sustained growth and expansion; we are looking for new additions to our team.
Purpose
To lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all workflows, staffing, and systems are aligned for efficient and high-quality output. This role will focus heavily on measuring and improving operational performance through data-driven insights and structured team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
? ?Work closely with the Managing Director to drive progress, enhance communication, and support positive organisational change
? ?Manage end-to-end warehouse activities: goods-in, storage, prep, fulfilment, and dispatch
? ?Lead the warehouse team and set clear daily/weekly output expectations
? ?Monitor KPIs across all areas and implement improvement strategies based on system data
? ?Collaborate with Systems Leads and Output Coordinators to ensure consistent workflow standards
? ?Conduct regular performance reviews and team audits
? ?Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
? ?Coordinate with Customer Service and Freight teams to ensure SLA alignment
? ?Drive continuous improvement in prep quality, stock accuracy, and throughput
? ?Maintain warehouse layout for optimum storage and workflow performance
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-37,000.00 per year
