Salary:

35,000 - 40,000 per year (depending on experience) + Performance Bonus

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (45 hours per week)

Warehouse & Logistics Manager

to lead our warehousing operations.

The Role

This is a

hands-on leadership role

overseeing the full warehouse operation -- from goods-in to dispatch. You'll be responsible for managing the warehouse team, ensuring our products are handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency -- every time.

You'll also be a key player in our customer journey. As the last point of contact before products reach our clients, the

presentation, precision, and professionalism

of your department truly matters.

What You'll Be Doing

Warehouse Operations & Stock Control

Oversee daily goods-in and goods-out processes including getting involved in picking orders and loading vans if necessary Ensure accurate stock movements and system transactions Manage put-away, bin accuracy, and warehouse organisation

Team Leadership

Lead and support the warehouse team to ensure productivity and morale Monitor team performance and promote a positive, can-do culture

Dispatch & Route Planning

Plan delivery routes for Parc's own fleet Liaise with third-party couriers and manage carrier documentation Completion of van loading and ensure accuracy of orders and safe, secure packing of the vehicle

Health & Safety & Maintenance

Carry out basic equipment checks Keep warehouse and yard clean, tidy, and safe Contribute to a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement

Customer Experience

Interact with clients collecting goods on-site -- with a friendly, professional manner Ensure every delivery leaves the warehouse ready to impress
What You'll Bring

Previous experience in a warehouse management role Valid UK driving licence Forklift licence (Flexi/Bendi preferred) Strong team leadership and people skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Computer literacy (basic MS Excel & Outlook) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure A positive, dependable attitude and great communication skills
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

IOSH Managing Safely certification Experience with ERP systems or delivery management software
