Warehouse Manager
to lead our logistics and fulfilment operations from our London site.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, packaging, and dispatch. The role is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of high-value luxury items, maintaining stock integrity, and supporting the broader logistics strategy of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience in warehouse management, and a detail-oriented approach suitable for handling premium goods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate stock records and oversee inventory control procedures to prevent loss or misplacement.
Ensure all items are handled, stored, and packaged according to quality standards appropriate for luxury fashion products.
Coordinate with the sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Supervise warehouse staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to meet daily operational targets.
Organise space usage efficiently and ensure all areas are kept clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Oversee delivery schedules and liaise with couriers and logistics partners to ensure timely and secure shipping.
Support the implementation of systems and process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in warehouse management, ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce logistics.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping processes.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality, especially in handling luxury or high-value items.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Good physical fitness and willingness to be hands-on when necessary.
Understanding of health and safety compliance within warehouse operations.
