Warehouse Manager - Solar UK

Reporting To: Operations Manager

About Solar:

Solar is a leading brand of Carp Fishing with a growing presence in the UK & EU market. We're seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our Dartford facility and 3rd-party logistics partners, ensuring seamless inventory management, efficient operations, and compliance with health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end inventory control across owned and 3rd-party warehouses, including monthly stock reconciliations and report preparation.

Supervise goods-in processes, verifying deliveries against documentation and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Coordinate order dispatch and inter-warehouse transfers to meet customer timelines and optimize logistics efficiency.

Oversee production of in-house products, monitoring raw material levels and ensuring quality standards.

Maintain warehouse organization, equipment maintenance, and layout optimization for peak productivity.

Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting regular audits and training.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite / SAP).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to lead and train a diverse team, including part-time staff and remote workers.

UK health & safety certification (e.g., IOSH).

A second language is not essential but a plus (French / Germany / Mandarin / Dutch etc).

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
