Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organised

Warehouse Manager

to take full responsibility for our London warehouse operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage inventory, streamline logistics, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in, goods-out, dispatch, and returns. Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency. Manage stock levels and perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy. Coordinate closely with the sales and purchasing teams to meet delivery deadlines. Ensure all incoming deliveries are checked, recorded, and stored correctly. Handle outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labelling, packaging, and courier coordination. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment. Identify and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency. Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages, and report findings to management. Provide excellent customer service for trade collections and walk-in customers.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in warehouse management or supervisory role. Experience within CCTV, electrical, or technology distribution (preferred but not essential). Strong organisational, leadership, and multitasking skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. Forklift licence (preferred but not mandatory).
