Warehouse Manager
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays for shows)
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, organised Warehouse Manager to join our team at Yandles. This role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations -- including picking, packing, dispatch, goods in/out, and customer communication. You'll be managing a small team, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of stock and orders.

This is a physical role, so applicants must be comfortable with manual handling and lifting heavy goods when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and organise daily warehouse operations and staff Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders Manage goods in and goods out Communicate with customers to manage expectations and lead times Support and maintain the stock control system, including stock counts and back-order management Handle returns Negotiate with couriers, manage delivery logistics including checking invoices / delivery costs to ensure we are getting the best rates Become a key operator of the stock system (full training provided) Staff management

Experience

Previous warehouse experience at team leader level or above is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Saturday work

Occasional Saturdays required (approx. 4-6 per year) to assist with trade shows, usually half days with hours taken back in lieu
