Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are recruiting a Warehouse Manager, to lead the warehouse team in delivering efficient, safe, and well-organized operations. The Warehouse Manager will ensure that staffing, productivity, stock integrity, health & safety, and operational performance consistently meet business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Staffing and Resource Planning

Ensure sufficient staffing levels through planning, agency use, and recruitment.

Anticipate surges in demand and proactively manage workforce availability.

Team Productivity

Oversee staff allocation and performance.

Monitor team output and support continuous improvement.

Operational Efficiency

Review and improve processes to eliminate inefficiencies.

Implement and monitor KPIs for operational performance.

Health & Safety

Ensure legal and company compliance with H&S requirements.

Conduct regular checks and manage safety documentation.

Stock Integrity and Layout

Maintain tidy, logically laid-out stock areas with proper rotation.

Coordinate regular clean-ups, bin accuracy checks, and stock audits.

Candidate Skill Requirements

Strong leadership skills

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.

Knowledge of stock management and health & safety regulations.

Staff management and delegation

Organizational and time management

Analytical thinking and problem solving

Communication and team leadership

Job Details

28 days holiday per year

Pension

Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm

Salary range - 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 depending on experience.
