Essential Requirements

Proven experience leading warehouse or operational teams Strong leadership, organisation, and attention to detail Full driving licence with trailer towing licence Knowledge of warehouse processes, cleaning, and stock handling Ability to manage health, safety, and compliance Practical skills for basic maintenance and repairs Calm under pressure and physically capable of manual handling

_, ensuring all hire equipment is cleaned, prepared, stored, and dispatched to a high standard. Manage the warehouse team, support logistics operations, act as key holder, and oversee specialist cleaning including toilets and fridge trailers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and co-ordinate warehouse and KP teams; manage workloads and priorities Oversee cleaning, preparation, and quality control of equipment, toilets, and fridge trailers Maintain warehouse organisation, safe storage, and workflow efficiency Manage workshop, tools, minor repairs, and liaise for external repairs Support logistics operations and provide cover for the Logistics Manager, including driving and trailer towing when needed Act as key holder, share weekend/on-call duties, and attend site for urgent issues Ensure health, safety, and compliance with procedures and regulations
