Inventory Management o Manage the warehouse finished goods products and ensure efficient delivery of goods. o Ensure accurate finished goods inventory levels through daily monitoring and cycle counting. o Monitor, investigate, and rectify stock discrepancies. o Organise and maintain inventory, storage area and finished goods locations. o Process and inspect returned goods, updating inventory records accordingly. o Provide timely departmental reporting on stock levels, cycle counts, and other operational KPIs to the Logistics Manager o Liaise with Brand Managers to ensure stock maximisation and HQ Return to Brands. o Maintain the security integrity of the finished goods area in accordance with corporate guidelines. Order Fulfilment o Manage ad-hoc activities and organise shipments to our stores. o Fulfil orders by picking, packing, and labelling finished goods for retailer, boutique, and e-commerce channels, ensuring adherence to customer and company standards and meeting service level agreements. o Oversee the order fulfilment process, including returns and adjustments, ensuring accurate data entry and quality standards and SLA targets are met. o Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure prompt replenishment and maintenance of required stock levels by receiving and unpacking finished goods and updating inventory systems. o Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate staff sales orders, ensuring timely fulfilment, accurate processing, and successful distribution of purchased watches. Shipping and Documentation o Ensure timely requests for documentation from the Import/Export Specialists for shipments outside the UK. o Provide support to Shipping Operations when requested, assisting with updates on issues such as lost-in-transit items or redeliveries. o Assist with the unpacking and packing of incoming and outgoing watch repairs during peak periods or as needed to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. o Oversee and ensure the accurate pre-registration of all Customer Service repairs by the packing team prior to distribution within the facility. Team Management and Department Performance o Lead and support the team of storekeepers and goods in/out employees to meet daily operational targets. o Assign tasks and manage workflows proactively, considering volumes and work types to meet demand. o Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the Finished Goods and Logistics team. o Train team members on operational processes, inventory systems, and quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy. o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organised working environment. o Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reduce errors in picking, packing, and inventory control. o Identify inefficiencies and work with the Logistics Manager to streamline processes and improve performance. Stakeholder Collaboration o Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to address inventory and order-related queries. o Communicate with internal stakeholders and foster successful collaboration across the CS operation and the wider Logistics team.

Essential Skills and Experience o Proven experience in warehouse inventory control, cycle counting, and resolving stock discrepancies. o Experience in managing the picking, packing, and shipping of goods while ensuring adherence to customer standards and service level agreements. o Familiarity with shipping and documentation processes, particularly for international shipments. o Proven ability to supervise, lead, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet operational targets and enhance performance. o Strong experience in driving operational performance through effective leadership and task management. o Ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions, particularly related to inventory discrepancies and process inefficiencies. o Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve warehouse operations. o Very good communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and address inventory and order-related queries. o Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration across departments to ensure smooth operations. o Very good IT skills, including proficiency with warehouse management systems such as SAP/R3, Oracle, or similar software. o Strong data analysis capabilities to track performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs, with the ability to generate timely and accurate reports. o High attention to detail in all aspects of warehouse management, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, order fulfilment, and reporting. o Knowledge of warehouse health and safety. o Proven experience in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines, manage high volumes of orders, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. Desirable Skills and Experience: o Experience in implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to reduce errors in picking, packing, and inventory control. o Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, managing high volumes of orders and maintaining service level agreements. o Experience managing high-value products, such as watches or similar luxury items, with a focus on precision and care. o Previous involvement in shipping operations, particularly in dealing with international orders and returns.
