Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistic management with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. This role requires supervising a team, managing daily inbound volume and ensuring the smooth operation of receiving and outbound processes. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in optimising our warehouse management system and enhancing overall productivity.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure effective receiving & outbound processes, maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations. Adherence to stock rotation policies, as well as continuous stock movements/condense to generate space for volume throughput Ensure all site plant equipment is maintained in good working condition. Regularly updating staff and customer records digitally

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field, with a strong understanding of logistics and container movements from quayside Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong knowledge of receiving processes, including documentation requirements. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within a warehouse environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimisation. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
