We're a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehousing operations. You'll be instrumental in maintaining an efficient, safe, and productive environment adhering to all relevant regulations for a safe warehouse operations, ensuring our products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped with precision and speed.

What You'll Do:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Manage all inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Implement and optimize warehouse layouts, processes, and systems to maximize efficiency and capacity. Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and effective inventory management techniques. Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all company policies and relevant health and safety regulations. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of all warehouse machinery. Manage warehouse budget and control operational costs.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience (10+ years) in a warehouse management role, preferably in large goods. Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff. In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems (WMS), and logistics best practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Proficiency in various WMSs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff. Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
