Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at AFT Fluorotec Coatings Limited. In this role, you will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management while supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels. Implement efficient warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Coordinate with other departments to support production schedules and customer orders. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred. Counter balance fork lift licence a must
