As Treats Studios continues to grow, we're looking for a

Warehouse Operations Coordinator

to help keep our fulfilment running smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on role with added responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, taking ownership, and keeping things organised and efficient.

Working Environment & Flexibility

Warehouse-based (in Altrincham) There will be times you are required to work independently in the warehouse, including holiday cover During peak periods (launches, Christmas, promotions), additional hours or flexibility may be required Responsibilities may evolve as the business scales

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations

Oversee daily order fulfilment, working closely with small team to ensure picking, packing and dispatch run smoothly and to a high standard~ Ensure personalised orders are prepared and packaged with exceptional care, while managing and building strong working relationships with our personalisation suppliers to maintain quality, consistency and turnaround times Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment Manage stock intake, restocking, stock counts and inventory accuracy Act as a key point of responsibility when working independently on-site Support operational planning during busy periods to ensure orders ship on time Flag issues, inefficiencies or stock concerns early and suggest improvements

Operational Support

Build and manage strong working relationships with our

delivery providers and third-party partners

, acting as the day-to-day point of contact Support discussions around

terms, service levels and ways of working

, helping negotiate improvements as the business grows Monitor performance and

hold partners accountable

to agreed standards around delivery, timelines and service Coordinate closely with the customer service team to resolve order issues quickly and effectively Support training and onboarding of new warehouse team members when needed Help refine and improve warehouse and fulfilment processes as volumes increase

About You

Proven, hands-on experience running warehouse operations within an e-commerce or logistics setting. Practical, organised and reliable Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently Strong attention to detail, especially with personalised orders Confident in a fast-moving warehouse environment Naturally proactive, you spot problems and fix them
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year
