We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Warehouse Operative

to join our growing team. This

part-time role (26-28 hours per week)

is ideal for a

school leaver

looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, managing stock, and sorting returns. The role also includes assisting with the

engraving of jewellery

, for which

full training will be provided

.

Duties

Pick and pack customer orders accurately, ensuring products are well-presented and dispatched on time. Manage and organise stock, keeping warehouse shelves and storage areas tidy and efficient. Process returns, checking items for quality and restocking where appropriate. Assist with the engraving of jewellery pieces using specialist equipment (full training provided). Maintain high standards of quality control to ensure all orders meet company expectations. Support the shipping process by preparing parcels and arranging dispatch through courier systems. Assist in regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels. Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and uphold smooth warehouse operations. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Monday - 7am - 4pm

Tuesday - 8am - 12pm

Wednesday - 8am - 12pm

Thursday - 8am - 12pm

Friday - 8am - 12pm

As your fully trained full time roll will become available.

Experience

looking to start a career in a warehouse or operations environment. Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience is desirable but not essential--training will be provided. Experience in picking, packing, or order fulfilment roles is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time pressure. Basic computer literacy for order processing and stock management. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality work.
