We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including materials handling, stock management, and shipping and receiving activities. Duties
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and move goods
Manage stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms
Handle materials efficiently, ensuring accurate picking and packing for orders
Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and inventory updates
Perform stock replenishment and organise storage areas for optimal accessibility
Conduct basic mechanical maintenance or troubleshooting of warehouse equipment
Support construction or assembly tasks as required within the warehouse setting
Engage in heavy lifting tasks safely to move goods throughout the facility
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
Qualifications
Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Proficiency in using forklift trucks and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or AS400 is advantageous
Mechanical knowledge or experience with construction tools is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
